At Blancs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed garments within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you via email as soon as your return is received at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After a quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
